New landlord- new tenant already smoking marijuana, breaking things so carelessly stoned, complaining constantly

Hi everybody, yes I know it is the afternoon and many of you are busy but it is impossible to work with this stress on me and making me feel so uncomfortable and also feel powerless and ashamed people like my tenant exists in this world!

So the new tenant is now smoking marijuana even though he said he was not even a ciggy smoker! When the tenant is so stoned they break stuff and tenants freaking complain to me to fix it but already these costs are adding up.

What can I do?
