Is this just the usual paranoia of a new landlord or something you experienced and successful veteran landlords would take seriously. The applicants came in and both are nice and have good jobs. They said they don't smoke at all. The thing is my nose is very sensitive and I swear the guy smelled like weed.
Thoughts?
