GTA area Landord Manager

What would small landlords pay a company to manage there properties. Example, dealing with tenants and there requests, checking up on there properties, quoting and managing repairs, basically dealing with all the issue's that come with being a landlord. Im thinking 5% of the monthly rent? Thoughts.
