Don't fall for the landlord "sob stories." The crying landlords are mostly paid actors. Many others tear up because they just want to make more money.

Don't be so quick to agree to a buy out because the real reason the want you out is to raise the rent to exorbitant prices.

The media is falling for it and not telling the truth.

Small landlords control the media.

This is extremely upsetting but explains a lot.

DO THE MEDIA EVEN HAVE PROOF TENANTS ARE WANTING $100,000 TO MOVE?

WHEN MY PREVIOUS LANDLORD WNTED TO MOVE HE JUST GAVE ME 2 MONTHS TO FIND A NEW PLACE!
