Fortunately these type of medical ailments will not be from tenants. It will be the landlords croaking because they are 100% legally responsible for shoveling snow and they can get around it with "separate agreements."
Might help the fatty landlords lose some weight.

My landlord is sending over a truck tonight to clear the driveway so I can go out.
I already taught them
"THE LANDLORD IS RESPONSIBLE AND I'LL TAKE YOU TO THE LTB IF YOU DON'T GET IT CLEARED!" last year.

I'm not gay or anything so don't think too much because I'm not gay but hold nothing against gays but I like woman and stuff, but young John Travolta was hot and so is that hunk to his left.
