Tenant Not Moved Out By End Date - What Action Can We Take?

Our tenant was supposed to have vacated our unit and hand over the keys as of yesterday (April 30), but we just returned and the unit is still full of their stuff and they don't look like they are making much progress. Thank goodness we didn't have a new tenant lined up to move in today.
Is there any action can we take to get them out faster?
If we hire movers ourselves, can we try to charge this back to the tenant?
Can we legally just go change the locks today and tell them too bad?
Can we charge a pro-rated daily amount for every day they are late vacating?
