Beware Of Horrible Property Management Companies!

[LANDLORD IN TROUBLE]

My rental was in Windsor. Read all the reviews carefully and don't get scammed!

Negligent, irresponsible and disorganized company. Rent4All managed my property for a year, here's what I received:

-A quickly placed tenant, who clearly wasn't able to afford the rent
-I paid them $1200 to place a tenant, and somehow that didn't include a basic credit check
-Late payments every month, with rare updates from their staff
-Overdue collections invoices from contractors their staff somehow didn't pay
-A tenant that overstayed on the property and left owing over a month's rent
-No one even bothering to contact me or check if the tenant left at the end of the lease
-No straight answers from anybody, rude staff, and a lack of contact.
