I wonder if we have to keep them(i.e the "spirits or whatever") because they might be considered an "endangered species"

Anyone know of a ruling that may apply?

BTW: I put this in classified because I figured you might be able to charge extra rent?

No.

But I do know the OHRC says that mental/emotional disorders are a code protected and as such the ontario landlord must accomodate the tenant to the point of the landlord's personal financial hardship.

While there may not be actual ghosts or spirits in the home, if the tenants think there are, the need for the tenants' emotional counceling can be argued, hence an eviction can possibly be delayed.
