I have an investment property for sale in the desirable area of Allendale in Edmonton. Close to U of A and Southgate Mall.

It is 1139 sq raised bungalow and has a 2 bedroom LEGAL basement suite approved under the City of Edmonton Cornerstone program. Both the main floor and basement suites are self contained with separate entrances and laundry facilities.
