Even though Schweitzer said landlords should be given more rights to protect against bad tenants, it’s important for both sides to work together too.

What a huge change from when she was asserting that all LL/tenant problems are always the fault of the tenant.

They were when she tried to work with her tenants and they abused her kindness and generosity. I'm talking about the tenants on welfare.
