No, he only says that because -- get this -- he's a FIREFIGHTER. You know, he runs into burning buildings and saves people. And learns what causes the fires. Skitter is the voice not only of reason and compassion, but of experience. And his experience is that residential fires are almost always the fault of the tenant.
