The link to information about rights and responsibilities under the RTA.

The link to forms

The Ontario Landlords Association (OLA) has been in contact with the LTB and will send a submission to them commenting on the new website and how it can be be improved to better help small residential landlords.
You can play a role in helping the LTB make their website as helpful as possible.
Please go to the new LTB site and send us any suggestions you have to improve it. Please explain why you think the changes you recommend are needed and how these changes will help you as a professional small residential landlord.
The Ontario Landlords Association (OLA) believes it's time small residential landlords play a bigger role in how the rental industry operates. Let's make sure the new LTB website is the best it can be to help landlords. You can play a role in making this happen.
