Toronto South LTB office hours change for next 12-18 months

Attention: Change to Hours of Operation - LTB Toronto South office - 79 St. Clair Avenue East, Suite 212 in Toronto
Due to construction in the area over the next 12 – 18 months, the LTB Toronto South office hours of operation have changed. While construction is underway the office will be open for regular service from 8:30am - 4:00pm. For clients wanting to file an application after 4pm, the nearest LTB office is the Toronto North office, located at 47 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 700. Applications may also be faxed to the Toronto South office at any time. The fax number for Toronto South is 416-326-9838. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Once the construction is complete we will resume regular business hours of 8:30am – 5:00 pm.
