It sure sounds nice, but as others have asked who pays for the overages? If it was $10 I'd entertain the idea of offering it as a perk, but I'm not interested in paying anyone's overages. Also, if the service was only $10 and my tenant or prospective tenant can't afford that, I expect they can't afford rent either. The way the Internet has become such a necessity for all of us over the past couple of decades, I share the opinions that it should be free for all of us as well. At the very least the cost should be minimal with unlimited access. I would even support pushing for the Internet providers to offer free internet to low income earners. The amount the providers are charging for Internet is in my opinion criminal to begin with. The only reasonable provider is NCF in Ottawa. I applaud them for what they offer. Rogers and Bell are criminals as far as I'm concerned and will never get a dime from me.
