This is stupid. Sure, the landlord should not say those kinds of things...yes it is unprofessional. But there is a difference between what should not be said and what cannot be said. Find me where, in our laws - not in some sham OHRC ruling - where what the landlord did was illegal. Please...show me. If I am the landlord I would be taking this to actual court. All the landlord needs to demonstrate is that 1) what he said was true, and 2) that he believed what he said. For, unless his words aimed at inciting physical violence then there is nothing illegal about what he said. And it should not be illegal.
Lets not forget...it is not as if the landlord himself told these women they had large breasts. He said it to an associate of his. If the associate had a problem with it then he should have taken the landlord through the system.
