2 bedroom units are still stubbornly sitting at $3000+. 1 bedroom condos have fallen to $2300. All the rentals on MLS are micro condos. Impossibly small units w/expensive amenities, arcade rooms, pools/saunas & bike wash stations. Cities allowed developers to do this
