This has been going on for weeks!
<y renters wanted a rent cut and I met in the middle. Now they requested I paint the bedrooms because it is still less money than if they kept wanting 20%.
I told them the walls were find.
They disagree.
What do you guys do? Thx.
I dropped the rent 10% & renters want new paint job.
