I am getting no bites!
So I looked into this.
Toronto’s rental market isn’t cracking anymore — it’s buckling.
On Jan 16:

1,852 units offered “move-in specials.”
Today:

3,438 units — out of just 10,424 total listings.
That’s 1 in 3 rentals now begging for tenants with perks, discounts, and freebies.
This isn’t incentive. It’s panic.
The landlords are bleeding. The tenants? Still leaving.
