OLA in the News: Do Renters Need Insurance?
Re: OLA in the News: Do Renters Need Insurance?
There are very few cases where the landlord isn't responsible.
20 years of attending fires tells me that is NOT true.
My personal experience has shown that most fires in the GTA occur in residential rental properties and it is almost always the fault of the tenant.

Skitter, it's nice to hear from the voice of experience, rather than from those that are hearing voices.

You only say that because you are a landlord and you look down on tenants. Pure elitism and nose in the air nonsense.Skitter wrote:There are very few cases where the landlord isn't responsible.

No, he only says that because -- get this -- he's a FIREFIGHTER. You know, he runs into burning buildings and saves people. And learns what causes the fires. Skitter is the voice not only of reason and compassion, but of experience. And his experience is that residential fires are almost always the fault of the tenant.Openborders wrote:You only say that because you are a landlord and you look down on tenants.
