Can't say I'm overly happy, but at least I'm out of that game for now....

Now, on to a Duplex!

congrats at least you won't have that to worry about. I know that area and market fairly well. Seems in the last few months there's a crush for the exits down there. Not sure but the withdrawl of a lot of lenders, high default rate?, may be a good indicator..

Kind of a shame if you remember the old days...
