If you can get it for that. The property has at least 100K in orders on it including some costly asbestos remediation work.

I actually like the other one because it could be tenanted this building not really sure what uses it would be good for even once money was spent.

I actually expected some comments like this, but will try to see if any other
opportunities exist.

The topics on the main board are so depressing sometimes I think viewers of this site need some cheering up and desire a dream for a way out. Hopefully someone does well on one of them.
